newsletters, web pages, and social media posts.
I/We understand that the above may be viewed by the
public and it could be inferred that there is a customer
relationship with CUSB Bank if I/we am/are shown as a
CUSB Bank VIP Club member(s). I/We also authorize CUSB
Bank to include my/our name(s) and contact information
on lists provided to individuals assisting with trips
who may not be CUSB Bank employees.
